Returns & Exchanges
MORF Fashion's policy regarding return of goods includes the following:
- The possibility of annulment: the customer decides to return all or only a portion of what she/he has purchased and requests a refund;
- The possibility of substitution/exchange: the customer decides to return all or only a portion of what she/he has purchased and requests an exchange or replacement of the item/s by another product/s.
All sales are final! Still we welcome ONE free of charge exchange per item within 15 days of delivery as long as the original packaging and the condition of the shirt were not damaged. Requests for both options can be done by contacting customer service via email: email@example.com, no later than 15 working days from the date of delivery of the product.
In case MORF Fashion authorizes the return or exchange of goods, the customer will have 10 working days to make the shipment at its own expense, to the address provided by MORF Fashion's customer service and this is in order to reduce the time and cost of shipping.
Please note that the product must be returned undamaged in its original packaging. In the event that MORF Fashion discovers a damage on the item, the company reserves the right not to accept the returned product, or to charge the relative cost.
